Thanks for the links I'm reading the first one now and the rest later. I think that the soviets are giving the right explanation. As for why military use? It doesn't sound useful and really I don't know why people make things like mustard gas to hurt other people anyway. Maybe they wanted it to slowly kill soldiers or a very very slow assassination alternative. Maybe it's like I theorized, IDK. Thinking more on what the soviet said, saying it just "escaped" doesn't sit right with me but it's possible. To your last point. If it was done in a lab by some gov't do you really think you'd find real evidence about it doing research on the net? It's not like it can't be sanitized now like free news right?
