Good.
Lawsuits are successful only when judges decide that the facts of the case match the behavior restricted by laws enacted by our democratically elected representatives. We need more, not less, shareholder and worker protection.
The Fed and NY state may also have some things to start investigating on their own, shareholders and money damages aside...
