UPDATED: So I've completed Thief and I like it.

I'm enjoying as well and I on chapter 2. Challenge depends on the difficulty you chose. I chose Thief which is normal difficulty. So far the challenge has been just right for me, but I can see it being very hard on higher difficulty. No civilian knock outs allowed.
