I want to know if Second Sons supports Move controls. I preferred playing inFamous 2 using Move so I would like to use it with Secon Sons. That's really all I care about with pre-launch info on SS.
I expect the main reason is the continued scarcity of PS4, so people are jumping on the SS bundle pre-orders to make sure they get the console, regardless of the game that comes with it (can always sell or trade in the game). Whereas TF bundle is only being pre-ordered by those who actually want TF, which is by no means every Xb one buyer.
