The point is he doesn't even have any power to do that,in fact if he can't do a good job in current position,he will be fired before anything happened.

Just like I'm assuming that he was brought in to sell the Xbox brand your Assuming that he wasn't brought in for that exact reason. It happens and it sucks but its part of life.
