They sort of did what I wanted in making Bravely Default. Try something without the weight of Final Fantasy name. If they could do that on PS4 they may be able to start a new series rather than riding on names of established IPs.
Of course, I thought the PS2 era Final Fantasy's were all poor and did not mind FFXIII games and plan on getting Lightning Returns. I just stopped expecting to ever get the SNES trilogy ever again.
