If they had named Chrono Cross something different, it would have been considered a better game over all. People were upset that it wasnt a "real" sequel. If they had called it "Radical Dreamers" it would have been received better. I think the same can be said for FFXII and FFXIII especially. Those games were good RPGs in their own rights, but they did not feel like Final Fantasty. I plat'd FFXIII and at the end I just didnt feel like I was playing a Final Fantasy Game (Same with FFXII). Over all comparing those games to the rest of the "series" is just unfair. |

I was so freaking upset when I found out Chrono Cross wasn't a 'real' sequel to Chrono Trigger :(
