If you're talking about that macroaxis prediction it's 47% now, its been slowly dropping.

While nintendo is rising, atm at 75% of going bankrupt in the next 2 years. :P

Right side: chance of bankruptcy.  

I get the impression that the chance of bankruptcy statistic doesn't really mean anything. For the stat to fluctuate that wildly, it can't be a very useful stat.
