Why would they region lock just the digital content? That makes no sense! Something screwy is going on here. There's no way they're that dumb. Either it's a mistake, or they going to region lock retail software in the future and will stop making region free physical disks as well. But to just region lock digital content? That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard! I'm thinking what'll end up happening is whatever region free physical disks have been shipped will remain region free, but they're making the whole console region locked, so any disks produced here on out will be region locked, and digital content gets region locked now simply because they can do that instantly.
