He should only be allowed to play Muslim games, or whatever he is against.
But as someone else said, people like this guy should be sentenced to medical testing for the rest of his life. I'd rather see that than animal-testing.
If the cases are as clear as this one, with no doubt that the maniac really did something as horrible as this, then yes, do medical-testing on him!
