Nah I don't think so.

The WiiU game will be something completely original but may have links (heh) and hints to either Ocarina or Twilight Princess in it's story or locations.

I agree the presence of Majora's Mask in A Link Between Worlds could be a hint at something to come, but I think it would at most be a hint to the development of Majora's Mask 3D. I don't think a potential remake would come to WiiU since Majora is a sequel to Ocarina which is already on 3DS. It could also be an elaborate way to give a hint to the new game being the 'third Hero of Time game', but I don't believe that will happen. There's also still a big chance that the mask was just there for fun, nothing more, though that would be cruel.

Yet I think, a new game actually featuring Majora or the Mask can't happen; it's quite definitely destroyed by Link in that game and the evil defeated. Moreover the Happy Mask Salesman takes the Mask away to who knows where afterwards. They won't make a game directly tying in to that story-arc because they always make stand-alone games, especially if it's the first on a system. There also can't be any prequel, because the legacy of the Links only exists in Hyrule and not in Termina, which is simultaneously also the reason there can't be a sequel taking place in Termina anyway because Link leaves it at the end...

Can't wait though to finally know exactly what Aonuma is cooking .
