This is really the only reasonable way to look at things at this point.

Given my weekly estimate around 275k/week manufactured, we roughly have: First week January flown in for December, 2nd week to NA, 3rd week Rest of World, we have 4th week reserved for Japan launch. February is a three week manufacturing month (Chinese New Year), so I'd say 50k first two weeks held back. Which gives around 370-400k units for Japan for February. Hence don't expect any numbers even close to half a million...
