while the rest is more or less true... Your smartphone is already an evolution into an other line of electronics... The phone part in smartphones is almost irrelevant now a day... Especially when it comes to purchase decision....
Xbox one is I admit out of its time but certainly not a bad idea... It is exactly where we are heading whether""""gamers"""" like it or not...why would I bother with tones of electronic when all I need is a computing media hub with cloud integration and terminals.... With technological improvement in public infrastructure... The need for a PC a gaming machine or anything powerful will be completely irrelevant... Centralization ease of use and low cost will drive sales... You'll have one smart machine to rule them all it is quite evident actually... The question is not if but when the shift will really happen it could be any time in the next 10 to 25 years... Depending on variables...
