They are far too weak, some even cannot handle 1080p. The problem the lack of a discrete GPU which creates a huge performance gap to modern PC gaming, look at the bad quality Titanfall X1 as an example. No sane PC gamer would recommend buying an AMD APU, you would go with an i5/7 and a separate GPU instead, even on low budget systems. And both PS4 / X1 are just very cheap and low cost PC's, hardware-wise, this is why Square Enix can now effortlessly port over Final Fantasy games.
