That's entirely subjective though and very much dependent on people's taste - if you're in to big western AAA games then you have a point, but if you like more niche things especially from Japan then Vita has lots of games. A generalisation like that is almost never entirely true
That's why people tend either to love the Vita or take the piss out of it - you'll find it has a lot to do with people's tastes

That explain why vita is doing so well in Japan and not in west, but still most of Western who complain about vita say that they don´t want a Console like Game on the vita (which is not my case because I like playing games like uncharted or Fifa 14 on my vita)

That's certainly part of it - superior Japanese support (compared to the west) = better Japanese sales (compared to the west). Vita's also helped in Japan because it's a more handheld-friendly market, like you pointed out.
That's why Japanese support is now moving up a gear a little and Vita is getting larger budget exclusive titles, Phantasy Star Nova being the best example, so you create a virtuous cycle of sales leading to better support leading to more sales, which is what Sony have failed to do in the west.
