Has Microsoft purposely omitted game resolutions on Xbox One cases?

PS3 game cases never displayed native resolution, the old cases all say 1080p on the back while most of the new ones say 720p. AC: Brotherhood is one of the few ones where the back has 1080p on it but the game doesn't run natively at 1080p.
