Cause they don't publish their games on the platform.

Yes they did, and look what happened. And given sony's dominance right now. It's just going to make it even harder for japanese devs to make an Xbox 1 game without microsoft funding it themselves.

 

If you're interested in japanese games, you might as well get a PS4 3ds.
