Okay I officialy now own a Vita (Shipping) Got a Wifi model + 8GB Mem + MGS HD Collection for $156. Chances are high I will sell the MGS HD collection to Amazon for $18. I ordered Persona Golden for 20$ from Amazon and will buy more games when the Vita is in my hands and working.
