Probably turned off after seeing other developers, like Tales team making Tales of Vesperia, which almost made them have to shut down.

Most of them shut down anyway without releasing games on 360.

Okay so?  And a sidenote I'm curious, what Japanese developers closed down that you wanted to support the 360.
