PS4 can do the same thing, it greatly reduces resoultion tho.

Found a way:

1.) Make screenshot via home button

2.) Find a website like minus.com or copy.com to upload

3.) Upload pic 

4.) Post Wii U screens in 720p goodness

 

So far I have yet to find a website that won't convert 1080p into 720p

But its better than 480p so w/e for now
