With the picture of the character being from Far Cry 3. Sounds that it they're going to update the game into 1080p with better framerate on consoles.

It's tagged with #souchi2014 and #farcry. #souchi2014 might just be a Ubisoft Winter Olympics game. #farcry is probably Far Cry 3 and not a new Far Cry game.

Damn you, I was reading all the reactions and saw nobody posted it...well I think the same like you =p.  it will possible be a port with the DLC included...
