Let's assume, for a moment, that Microsoft looking to sell off their gaming department, is actually within the realm of possibility. Nintendo is not going to want to buy the "Xbox" brand. They will, however, want many of Microsoft's game IPs. Halo, Fable, and Forza would be very attractive to Nintendo, who are in dire need of an FPS, mature adventure, and racing sim.
