TLoZ: The Wind Waker is the best looking game ever. Period.

I wouldn't say best graphics ever, but it's definitely up there.

Smooth textures, Constant framerate, Ultimate Artistic style. From a pure technical standpoint (NOTE: Not a how realistic standpoint) this game was awesome.
