I've watched the video and I believe it's because of the youtube compression but textures are not as impressive as in the animated gifs. The main character models are stellar though they really put the job in those and I hope they will try to up the resolution of every character in the game. I also noticed there is no AI at all or it's pretty dumb. I prefer to say the game is still in development and wait for more info before judging it. The artstyle is what I dig the most I really love the steampunk feeling of it.
