OT: I can't comment on Chimera, but the Locust pretty much get their asses handed to them by 2/4 COGS. I would imagine it's the same in Resistance: A couple of guys kick the asses of thousands of enemies. In light of both species failiure to win a war that's already in the bag, both fail.
