It's pretty much in every frame. Try and stop at any second in the video and you will see them. But thanks to the heavy post processing and general dirty grey look of everything it's less noticable. Still, it could be just really bad LOD because it gets better when you get closer.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
