If they bought Nintendo, they'd own the development studios.
Also, Nintendo and Disney are pretty much the same.
-Disney releases a movie and keeps the starting MSRP full price for an eternity only printing a specific amount of copies.
-Nintendo releases a game and keeps the starting MSRP full price for an eternity.
-Disney rereleases versions of their movies as special editions with slight modifications for full MSRP only printing a specific amount of copies.
-Nintendo releases overpriced virtual console titles or rereleases of their games for full MSRP.
-Some Disney movies are good, but there are so many overrated movies.
-Some Nintendo games are good, but there are a lot of overrated games.
There's one difference.
-Disney buys up a company and releases a movie from a franchise that everyone used to love. Fans think it's going to suck.
-Nintendo buys exclusives that no one really cares about. Nintendo fans are sure the games will be 10/10, just like everything published by Nintendo, and even if they're not they'll praise them like they are 10/10 games.
