They really should have done a better job with their presentation. I remember reading a blurb about this, getting excited, then being disappointed when I visited the kickstarter page. This coming from a person who ranks FFT in their top 2 favorite games of all time.
Contrast it with Project Phoenix, which knocked it out of the park in terms of presentation and hit $1,014,600.
I also think it would have gotten more interest from Vita owners if the goal had been reasonable.
