Funny, I grew up without ever paying for any games. Piracy was the norm, I think the first game I ever payed for was at age 19. I've been making up for it though, and now spend over $1000 a year on gaming.
So if I can move on from free AAA games, that let's be honest used to be more exciting and fresh in the old days, to paying for Tombraider tombs left behind edition, I guess moving from Angry birds to The last of us is not that difficult to justify price wise.
