To summarize :
Resistance is an average good game with a good (40, no lag) online multiplayer.
It is also the firts game people could enjoy on PS3 that is why it was so much supported (lack of others good games or even AAA title).
Note that I believe Reiestance 2 will be far superior to Resistance1, not even in term of gfx but mroe in term of gameplay or achivement (same for Motorstorm2)
