I think you're really underestimating Assassin's Creed there, that's gonna be a huge 3rd party game on both PS3 and 360, also I think you're overestimating the success of Two Worlds.
Also you forgot the following that are good candidates for selling 1m+: Unreal Tournament, Devil May Cry 4 and maybe Stranglehold.
