I'm sorry, but the three day time frame doesn't apply here ;) They've had much more time to change their minds about the shipping of the Dualshock 3 with the PS3. They had no plans about it at the time, but could have had plans on including one separately based on that statement. The statement isn't a lie so far. And Phil Harrison is gone from Sony now. They've had time to actually plan for this, as they didn't have plans for it before.
