The best rumors come from an un-named source, that types in a way similar to that as the leaker, including common spelling mistakes. They should also include wild claims and that aren't feasibly possible, and include strange diagrams and pictures.
oh and they should only be posted on old blog type websites that people are surprised still exist, and have all the comments be keenly moderated.
