Well if it keeps up the current pace, Patchers estimation just might be accurate. We'll have to see if games like MK8 and SSB are still system sellers. I believe it's plausible that if MK8 is bundled for the holiday season (with a price drop to $249.99 )that the Wii U could sell around 7 million consoles this year despite it's current decrease YoY. Unfortunatelty, we really won't know what state it is in until MK8 releases and whether or not the game can still carry the same sort of appeal as last gen. Same thing goes for SSBU.
