raelly not surprised.. and wont be surprised if he gets one, or atleast the rights to play more adult games (probably not FPS though) it ties into how they want to rehabilitate, rather than punish.
I still say medical testing. just take these killers and set them up in a program. inject them deadly diseases and then try to cure them. If they can survive 3, they get to go free. ... The 3rd one is always Ebola virus lol
