I would guess so given the graphically fidelity at development start was 360 level so going to the Wii U means refinement and honing things such as frame rate. It looks good, but enjoy one games doesn't mean I no longer enjoy something like God of War.

Fair enough. Although I'd like to see people stop comparing GoW to Bayonetta considering how different they actually are, especially in terms of gameplay focus.

You've got to know by now that people compare God of War to everything, despite God of War hardly being as good as most of these stylish action games.

Anyways. the 60fps argument isn't really true.  60fps is nice, but just as FPS titles can play well running at 30fps, so can the stylish action genre.  DmC Devil May Cry at 30fps is just as combo focused if not more so than any DMC title and running at 30fps doesn't hurt it.

It's been proven that some humans can detect lapses in overall visual and gameplay smoothness up to 50 fps. Bayonetta banks on providing the smoothest concievable hack-and-slash experience available.

Although, I believe it truly comes down to individual preference. My mother can get headaches and nausea from watching certain 60 fps games. I'm the opposite - I get frustrated with anything that doesn't at least hit a solid 30, and I'm rather sensitive to fluxuations in framerate.

I'm the same.  60fps is better and I can notice the difference between 30fps and 60fps, but in a game that's not an FPS it's less noticeable because the character animations are only what you can see normally as the camera itself barely changes.  Button presses though it's harder to notice, but 60fps is 1/60, 30fps is 2/60.  With 30fps you have one frame that is longer than the two seperate 60fps frames which technically make it easier for this style of game running at 30fps.
