A game like GOW doesn't need to be 60, and it is above 30. I believe it was around 45 or so (though I could be wrong, but it is above 30).
DmC was 30 on consoles due to the dynamic environment, but on PC it is 60. Games like DMC, Bayo and NG should be 60 due to the high combat speed, but I don't find GOW needs it.
