Bayonetta 2 will perform better than Ryse, God of War, etc.

Seriously though, People don't seem to get it. It is all about what the developer choose to do with the resources, some choose to focuse on graphics and effects, some choose the technical aspects.

Indeed. So when I hear people compare the graphics of Bayonetta and God of War III, I should probably start tuning them out.
