A steambox is just a PC, and PCs are already far more powerful.
Still, on topic, the reason I find this fascinating is I didn't think there'd be ANY difference between multiplats this early on, let alone such a massive difference that sometimes amounts to even 720p vs 1080p or 30fps vs 60fps. Microsoft must be absolutely seething right now that it's all coming undone.
I can't imagine if this is how it is now, how big the gap will be once devs start making use of the GPGPU in the later half of the gen.
They're both ridiculously weak imo though, the One in particular being a complete joke for the the price tag, while the Wii U is probably the biggest embarrassment in console history.
