I Agree with this, Not only that but Xbox just sold a massive amount in it's first month, these people usually are the ones who buy later, so the numbers are low but I think a price cut is needed.

They need to also address some of their bad ideas. For Instance DRM was not polled enough to know what the gamers wanted. They should have understood this from the beginning, gamers don't forget things like this.

Also with big games Like Titanfall, make a special xbox, this will get people hyped for the game and the system that is exclusive to them. From reading online, they where going to do it but decided to not go with it because of some extra cost. This was a bad idea. People would have bought the sh-t out of that system. If it was going to lose a little money, well those same people need xbox live to play the game don't they? So they would have made the money right back, almost instantly.

They have made great strides forward but the lack of  Kinect support, being that it makes the xbox $100 dollars more is a little bit depressing. People like using it to navigate but some want it for games, not all the menu options, thats not worth the $100 more, the games are though. So games should have been ready, like it was for the Launch of the original kinect. Maybe not as many but good games. Like Dance Cenral, Kinect Sports, Push the work out aspect of it. People love new ways to get fit.

This should have been ready by launch and not only a download Idea, it should have been ready to be bought off of store shelfs. The internet is to high priced and way to slow of speed to expect people to jump ship. I know they have some out there but they need Commercials showing people using the new kinect, showing everything new, takes your heartbeat, has sex with you, I don't know. Sell the damn thing. I haven't seen any on Kinect. accept some dude talking to it. They need to push this aspect if they want the people to cough up the extra $100. Maybe a 2 sided commercial.

"TITANFALL, then boom Kinect sports, this March get your game on. " Not someone on the coach watching a fucking football game talking shit to his body. cool but not going to get the gamers.

The top execs need to get out of their rewarding lifes and get down to our level, to see what is easy to pay for and digest. This, I think, is the issue, They go home to the highest speed internet and think everyone has this access. They don't. People are working off horrible crap that comcast pushes on them. Constantly bull-shit and headaches, even here in chicago. (C'mon google fiber!)

So really they need to re-address the gamer as well as the casual. The casual doesn't want to get internet, XBox Live, and all this to work out, They want to pop it in and work out or play games or what have you.

Their PR has been ok but They need another round when titanfall and Kinect sports comes out. However they do need to cut price as soon as possible.  For the hardcore crowd, they don't see paying extra $100 for kinect as being worth it, however if it's the same price with all the great games. Why not.
