it can be possible depending on the optimization level and how much graphics and physics are used, but if even killzone wasnt 60fps then i wouldnt bet anything yet, not to mention that even the next ifamous game for ps4 will be 30fps(hopefullly wont have framerate drops)
if the next metal gear for ps4 doenst go 1080p 60fps i kind of see this escenario from xboners
