Why can't console fans accept the PS4 is the most powerful console?

Examples of what.  People denying it's more powerful?  You don't need to look too far for that example.  First post on the current page.  Or examples of 360 fans commonly bringing up PS3 getting the worst version of games, even towards games that where the difference was mostly unnoticeable.  I don't need to give examples because we all know it's happened.
