I agree, but what I've read about Spengler and his main work after watching the video leads me to believe that giving exact dates was rather just a misinterpreation of Spengler's theories by the video creator. For example, neither the german nor the english Wiki page about "the decline of the west" even mentions any of the year numbers actually stated in the video (1000, 1500, 1800, 2000, 2200 A.D.)
So while that criticism seems perfectly valid, I think it focuses too much on a minor detail of the video that is not even really backed by the original theory.
