What separates Netflix even further from PS Now is the fact that Netflix can add several hundred movies/shows in a year.
Even if Sony put up every single PS1/2/3 game on PS Now the tally is 6000 (which is nearly doubled by netflix content). That's where PSNow hits a wall because no more PS1/2 games being made so can't be addde. PS3 is on its way out and PS4 games will not feature on PSNow for a very long time.
PS Now will only be good for about a year max then you'd pretty much be done with it.
