I think it will shorten the gap, that week titanfall comes out it won't be a blowout like it was this week with PS4 > 100,000 higher than Xbone, but I agree with the OP and think PS4 still takes that week and month overall. I don't think titanfall will move a lot of consoles at first because it's a brand new IP, ANNND most people who buy it day 1 probably already own an Xbone.

I think most people who haven't already got the Xbone will wait to see if Titanfall lives up to the hype before jumping in because of that game.

Edit: Almost forgot, also because it's on PC and 360 that will cut into sales, because to play Titanfall on Xbone when you don't already have one runs you about $600.00 U.S. Dollars, which is more than $599.00 U.S. Dollars (shoutout to Kaz).
