I give it a 9.5, 1 point extra because it has hand drawn cut scenes by studio Ghibli. I didn't mind the fetch quests in this game, the world is just so lovely to travel through. Hopefully studio Ghibli will expand and make more rpgs. They are the best at world building.
Level-5 is interested in making a game out of the world of castle in the sky. I hope that comes true some day.
