Games devs must prevent spawn camping and the other unfair kinds of camping, but camping by itself, exploiting a good position in the same way a real life sniper or marksman would do, is legit. BTW, in real life battlefields are normally wide enough to allow to outflank campers, only narrow, deep and unavoidable passages without air support available would create a situation similar to the worst cases of camping in games.
