I would bet by next christmas the % will be more close to 20%  There will be like 20 million PS4 apx and of those about 4 million own a Vita.

GFK and Sony said Vita sales increased in UK due PS4.

Keep in mind that 163% of a low number is still a low number.

The PS4 announcement and release probably did increase Vita sales somewhat, but if you look at numbers sales have stayed pretty low overall.  I really, seriously doubt that the percentage of PS4 owners who own Vitas will stay the same since I don't think the average consumer is going to be terribly interested in remote play.
