Lego and TW101 should not count (both published by Nintendo, you can see the logo on the boxes), Sonic and Monster Hunter do count.
Sell Batman, and maybe Injustice, hold onto CoD Ghosts a little longer, there is still people playing the MP, you can take adavantage of it for a little longer.
