This hurts to say, but I think that mobile does shooters better than consoles.

I think I'd rather play the upcoming Moon remake for 3DS. Stylus control is as good as it'll ever get in terms of touchscreen-based aiming. More so on DS systems, because your field of vision will not be blocked. Is it really comfortable? Hell no. But as far as precision goes, that's about the best which can be done on purely touch-based aiming input.
